Application:
Shake the bottle of Coral Rx Pro. Add 30 drops to a
separate container with 3.8 liters of aquarium water. Mix well. Keep the water
moving with a small pump and place the corals in the coral bath. If you don't
have a pump, gently swirl the corals in the coral bath. Keep the corals in the
coral bath for 5-10 minutes. Then remove corals and discard the coral bath. Do
not reuse the coral dip as parasites can release toxins. Rinse the corals with
clean salt water before returning them to the aquarium.

mussels and other invertebrates be used. Under no circumstances should you use

In 2006, CoralRX was developed for 2 reasons: firstly, to
treat corals suffering from parasites and secondly, as a prophylactic measure
to protect healthy corals from infestation by parasites or bacterial
infections.
CoralRX is extremely effective against parasites but very
well tolerated by corals, it contains neither iodine nor oxidizing agents.
Independently tested Andrew Lynford, M.S. Hofstra
University Biology independently tested CoralRX. The task of this study was to
quantify the effectiveness of 3 different products against flatworms: Flatworm
Exit, CoralRX and Povidone. This article was published on Advanced Aquarist in
April 2009. Only a few excerpts from this article are listed here.
CoralRX is the
most effective product CoralRX worked well as a coral bath and its use would be
beneficial for coral breeders, wholesalers, dealers, public aquariums and
hobbyists to treat newly received corals in quarantine.
Chemical treatments are used as a preventive measure to remove
flatworms from corals before they enter the aquarium. These measures are
referred to as "coral dip". Treating new corals and live rocks in a
quarantine tank with a coral dip is the best way to protect your aquarium from
parasites, marine flatworms, snails damaging corals, etc. and the potential
hazards they pose to your entire aquarium. CoralRX a slightly different coral

CoralRX was developed with the basic idea of keeping
corals healthy. The proprietary product contains a blend of natural ingredients
and does not contain iodine which stains coral. It also contains no oxidizing
agents, the side effects of which are often toxic and react with coral tissue.
Independent research also questions the effectiveness of iodine as a coral bath,
see Advanced Aquarist, April 2009.
CoralRX removes many uninvited guests in corals, such as
acropora-eating flatworms, montipora and zoanthid-eating snails.
Ingredients: Distilled water, proprietary blend of
natural extracts.
