Due to the small distance between the blade and the cleaner holder, the aquarium's silicone adhesives cannot be damaged. The Aqua-T is suitable for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. The protective cap prevents injuries when not in use. JBL Aqua-T Handy: The wide stainless steel blade enables large areas to be cleaned quickly. Replacement blades are available separately. What should you pay attention to when cleaning the panes? The glass aquarium panes are harder than steel, unlike the plastic panes (acrylic/plexiglass). You cannot therefore create scratches with blades or metal pads. The gravel and sand in the aquarium is harder, however, and causes scratches if it gets between the cleaner and the glass. So be careful when you get close to the bottom with the pane cleaner. The silicone seams of your aquarium are also at risk. Avoid damaging the silicone seams with pane cleaning blades.
